许洁，2009年毕业于上海中医药大学，获得中药学博士学位。研究方向为中药新剂型与新型给药系统，主要从事中药复方药物的 药代动力学、新药人体生物利用度和生物等效性研究，药物体内外代谢研究以及抗肿瘤药效和靶向性评价。对纳米粒、脂质体、微乳与自微乳、缓释片、贴剂、巴布剂等缓释和靶向的新型给药系统的研制和质量控制有较深入的了解。

        已发表文章有：“An HPLC method for determination of oridonin in rabbits using isopsoralen as an internal standard and its application to pharmacokinetic studies for oridonin-loaded nanoparticles” （J Chromatogr B）、“Oridonin-loaded poly(caprolactone)-poly(ethylene oxide)-poly (caprolactone) copolymer nanoparticles: preparation, physicochemical characterization， pharmacokinetics in rabbits and anti-tumoral activity on mice” （J Drug Target）、“Preparation and evaluation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery system of oridonin.”（Int J Pharm）、“6种大孔树脂对霉茶总黄酮吸附与解吸性能的考察”、“咳喘宁贴剂的制备工艺”等12篇。

        现就职于公司（工程中心）项目部，负责新药研发及中药新制剂新技术的应用。主持、参与的项目包括外用透皮吸收制剂的共性技术研究、外用树脂膏制剂的新药开发等，是公司（工程中心）的青年学术骨干。
